Picton/ Marborough Sounds, South Island

Tomorrow, we do a 2 day trek into the Abel Tasmen. The first day, we kayak all day. That night, we sleep in a backpackers boat (yes on the water in the bay... so cool), then the next day, we hike the most beautiful part of the Abel Tasmen. Yeah! We're really adventuring now! Welcome to the South Island! Yesterday, we took a boat to a spot along the Queen Charlotte Walk (in Marbourough Sound), then met up with a crazy (and drunk) Kiwi MSG who just got back from Afghanistan. Let's just say, we didn't pay for our drinks... However, the next time we meet up with a Kiwi after our trip in New Zealand, we need to treat them with the same hospitality!
